I worked as a producer during a 3-month project. Our task was to design and build a booth for our school at the Finnish Craft & Design fair. My responsibilities included organizing and managing the team, acquiring sponsors, holding meetings, training and informing the presenters and staff at the booth, creating the schedule, ensuring deadlines were met, and overseeing the general workflow. On the construction day, I was involved in building the booth. I also provided support to the presenters and booth staff during the weekend at the fair.
